Friday was' April 3, 2009 when the initiative was born of 12 Civil Defence volunteers rainbow. Today, one year later, despite a thousand dangers, the growth of the association has gone beyond all expectations. A special thanks to all those people who directly or indirectly made it possible to achieve this goal.
