On September 15, 1935 were made public the determinations of the Reichstag. The world learned so that Hitler's Germany began to put into practice the ideas of Hitler and racial Rosenberg.
Here, an excerpt from "Reichsbürgergesetz", ie the law on citizenship.

Reichsbürgergesetz

Staatsangehöriger ist, wer dem Schutzverband des Deutschen Reiches und ihm angehört Darfur verpflichtet Besonders ist.

The next step, the "Law for the Protection of German Blood and Honor," read:

pervaded by the recognition that the purity of German blood is a prerequisite for the preservation of the German people and animated by the indomitable purpose to ensure the future of the German nation, the Reichstag adopted to 'the unanimous following Act which was promulgated here:

PAR. 1

1. Are prohibited marriages between Jews and citizens of the state of German or related blood. I already celebrated marriages are null and void even though celebrated abroad to escape the law.
2. The lawsuit for cancellation may be made only by the state prosecutor.

PAR. 2

are prohibited sexual relations outside of marriage between Jews and citizens of the state of German or related blood.

PAR. 3

Jews can not take home to their service as citizens of German or related blood under 45 years.

PAR . 4

1. Jews are forbidden to raise the flag of the Reich and national and presenting the colors of the Reich.
2. You instead allowed them to expose the Jewish colors. The exercise of this right is protected by the state.

PAR . 5

1. Those who violate the ban referred to in par. 1, is punished with imprisonment ..
2. Those who contravene the rules laid down in par. 2 is liable to imprisonment or with hard labor.
3. Those who contravene the rules set out in paras. 3 or 4, shall be punished by imprisonment up to one year and a fine or punishment of this kind.

PAR . 6

Minister of Interior of the Reich, in agreement with the Deputy Fuhrer and the Reich Minister of Justice shall issue the necessary legal and administrative rules for the implementation and integration of the law.

PAR . 7

This Act comes into force on the day of its promulgation; ll par. 3, instead, from 1 January 1936 (domestic rules, ndc)
